We have presented our log of claims to the DTMR. Workplace delegates have held a series of EBA report back meetings this month to discuss the ongoing negotiations, and the next steps for engineers and technical professionals to improve their wages and conditions.

Red Cross Blood Service (RCBS)
RCBS has called for nominations for Health and Safety Representatives. In the last round of EBA negotiations PA members raised workload management as a key issue to be resolved at RCBS – this claim was rejected by management.

At the start of the month, we met with members to discuss how we can make the most of this opportunity to address workplace health and safety, and ensure it is taken seriously by management.
